Ordered online, headed to the store to pick up. No line in the pick up lane. Pulled up to the window and was greeted almost immediately. She was friendly and handed me the order. Food was hot and tasted great. I’ll be going back. Only reason for four stars on atmosphere was due to not going inside.

I ordered via UBER. My first delivery via DoorDash is a sealed bag. My bag was not sealed with Uber. I tried to call the restaurant and no answer. Disappointing. I only order from establishments that seal. Make a regular routine to seal the bag. The chips were hard to break. The steak bite tasted like congealed fat. The dip was also congealed.

This is the fifth time I have been here and was disappointed in my bowls. Paid $31 for two bowls and they were missing some of the items ordered. Took the bowls back to be corrected and the rude gentleman gave us back the same bowls and barely added the missing items. When we picked up they did not let us know they had no fajita veggies and they forgot the guacamole.Had to ask for it in the side. I have never received a more disappointing order than this one at any chipotle. All my other orders were great and had all the items I asked for.

The service was ok. The restaurant itself was absolutely filthy! No tables clean, I asked for someone to wipe them down and waited 5 minutes standing there holding my food for someone to come wipe them down. When they did, the rag was dirty and just smeared the food on the table and into the floor. The drink and silverware area, order counter, and prep area counters were filthy like they haven’t been wiped down all day. I had high hopes for chipotle since it was my first time and I’m disappointed. I hope management will see this and get it cleaned up.

Bowl half full, ordered double protein. Barely any rice in bowl. Postmates order and store hadn’t started order when driver showed up. (Postmates has a 15 minute wait time from when you place order until driver is assigned). Store seems new but unable to keep up with multiple channels which isn’t a bad thing but their district and store leadership should disable Delivery and Mobile Orders until they can keep up with demand. Would not recommend store in current state.

Food, location & atmosphere was spot on. However, when I arrived at 11:15am the staff was not prepared to serve customers. The door said 10:45am open and even 30min later there was no brown rice, beans, and various other options. I know this is a new location and the staff is new but it’s difficult to understand why the basics were not accomplished prior to opening for the day. It was also disappointing that the staff did not communicate these shortcomings to arriving customers. Everyone was standing around wondering what was going on. Really hope this location can pull operations together very soon.

Was told our mobile order wasn’t quite ready. He was a little short with us, but we showed up early so no worries. We pulled off and we waited in a parking space then circled back into the drive thru only to end up getting the wrong order packed. The food was extremely spicy, bowl half filled, and everything was cold. It’s hard to see how orders can constantly be packed so incorrectly and lackadaisically when the ordered items are printed on the receipt attached to the bag. I really hate leaving a bad review, but someone should really get down there and help them restructure things.

Love Chipotle and was so excited to have them open near me. Went in to have some lunch and hopefully things will get better but what a mess. Long line (not their fault) but they didn’t seem to have the order rhythm down. Half the food bins were empty or almost there so portions not right. Food had the normal great taste but not hot.

Grass needs to be cut outside, goes up to your knees. I wasn’t sure they were open . Employees standing around not doing anything, I was told it was taking 10 minutes to cook steak. When the 10 minutes was up, and asked if the steak was done where I could order was told that it was just now cooking and it would be 10 more minutes, so I left. Saw a friend outside and she mentioned how dirty it was inside. The tables not clean. Also out of almost every drink except Sprite, Coke Zero, they had post it notes on all the drinks that was out . I got a watermelon limeade . For this to be a newly opened restaurant I was not impressed.

I know the place is new but something needs to be done asap! The first time I ordered multiple things were wrong with our order and we waited in the drive thru for over 30minutes. The second time we ordered, our food was supposed to be ready at 10:50am, and we were the first in line and still waited nearly 20 minutes. The doors were also still locked after the “opening time.” I was so excited to have a chipotle here, but this one is not being operated well at all.
