In town for business & stopped by for breakfast. Had an omelette with a side of potatoes, nothing fancy. The food was amazing. You can tell they are using high quality, fresh ingredients. Wish this was more normal other places. Would recommend.

We had a frazzled waitress who didn’t bring out my toast after we waited almost 35 minutes for our food. Meanwhile, both orders of lox special bagels were cold. Yes, there was a large party (20 or so) but no excuse for shoddy service. Food was good enough.

The manager took away the extra napkins I took behind the counter, since there were no employees by our table for quite sometime. He just walked over to our table, didn’t say a word and took away half the napkins I had brought to the table. After our meal I made him apologize for his disrespect. His only excuse was that I took 6 too many napkins. Meanwhile, we had 4 adults and 2 kids at the table – we needed the extra napkins. The manager is insane! Our waitress Julie was not friendly whatsoever, the coffee tasted horrible, all of our meals were tasteless. This pathetic excuse of a diner just lost a bunch of customers. Do not eat at this diner unless you like being extremely disappointed!!

My husband and I do not visit Diners because of the bad experiences we had had, however, Sweet Hollow Diner impressed us with their food. We order breakfast and our food was fresh, coffee was one of the best, they went above our expectations. The staff were very kind and friendly. We would definately make Sweet Hollow Diner the place to go with our friends and family!
