Caseys is one of the best gas stations. Always have great service, friendly always greeting with a smile. Heck, sometimes I get free drinks and even if I do pay for it it’s less than $1! Great place for the morning hours, lunch hours or dinner hours. It’s got you covered. From drinks, food, hats, glasses.. I’m always going not just for the gas.

Every. Single. Day. At around 4:30 to 5 a.m. And god knows how long this person is actually there… There is a guy in your store that I refer to as Lottery Ticket Guy. It is at the point now where I just drive by and if Lottery Ticket Guy is at the counter I just dont even go in anymore because he is just going to be doing lottery ticket transactions THE ENTIRE TIME. But who am I kidding he’s there EVERY TIME I DRIVE BY. Today I went inside and sure enough had a multiple minute conversation with a stranger while we waited on Lottery Ticket Guys transactions. Then had to throw my stuff on the counter and leave because I was going to be late for work. You guys either need to get some type of machine or staff another person to work specifically with Lottery Ticket Guy. I actually like the crew of people that work here they are nice but please staff people to take care of Non- Lottery Ticket Guy customers.

My friend and I took our time deciding what we wanted and were getting pizza, and despite me literally being in pajamas and my friend wearing tight clothing, the male cashier Greg accused us of stealing because we took too long, aka 15 minutes. It genuinely took me a minute to realize he wasn’t joking. I go there with my friend often every week for a snack after the gym, We offered to empty our pockets but he refused and kept saying my friend stole. Very bold accusation considering just taking a second to use your head would disprove it

I went in this morning and employee and manger wasn’t friendly and no greetings when I came through door. Countertops was messy and no straws or stir straws for coffee. I got Casey’s classic and dark roast and it was nasty like it had the wrong coffee in it tasted like hazelnut. Every time I go in this store I’m very disappointed and probably won’t come back!
