Just received this over priced pizza which they had delivered to us by door dash. Not happy about that! Whoever made this pizza just threw the toppings on. I had to spread the toppings around so that everyone got “The works” The middle had so much on it that the crust was soggy and we had to eat it with a fork. I will also add that there was no flavor what so ever. I will never order from here again. We used to order from both here and 5 star but I am done with this store!!!!! Go with 5 star. Just got one from there last weekend. It was great!

Ordered a pizza online. Got there and they said it wasn’t ready. So I waited 1/2 hour for them to tell me that they didn’t even have the order. I found a price for a pizza tonight online and decided to call them to make sure they got the order. I was told they don’t price match from there own website!!!! Are you kidding me? I think I will avoid this place in the future. 0-2 from the papa

Great job! This Papa Johns location did a fantastic job with our pizza order. The pizza was cooked to perfection, not under- or over-baked so our family could fully enjoy it. The pizza was also HOT, and the garlic-parm-herb selected crust was tasty without being oily. Customer Service @ pickup was flawless as well. It’s important to recognize local companies, mgmt. and teams who actually care about their customers.

Service was quick. 3 stars because of the difficulty to order. I called in to place my order and could hardly understand the woman on the phone due to a very thick accent. I’m a foreigner myself but when you have customers calling in, it shouldn’t take multiple tries to finally confirm a correct order. I couldn’t understand a word she was saying and finally settled on the simpler stuff when everyone in my party wanted something different. Please have a clear English speaking person to pick up the phone. Nothing more frustrating than having to repeat yourself several times.
