To start I am not one to leave bad reviews, my wife and I have both worked the restaurant industry we know it can be rough. Came to have dinner tonight with my family. The cashier seemed annoyed with us because she wasn’t putting in the right thing on the monitor. The shift/store manager on duty was the only one with any customer service today. My sandwich was completely cold so I took it up there and immediately the back line worker yells I’ll just put it in the microwave then, which came off really rude why even say that? Also I would have liked a remake not a microwaved sandwich. Then the manager is trying to tell him it’s not hot if the cheese isn’t melted to which the back line worker shouts again— “the cheese was melted so I don’t know how it is cold”. I showed everyone it was not. Then as my family sat down to eat we heard them talking about the situation from back there. Really upsetting experience for just wanting hot food.

This location was friendly, clean and they got my order to me fast and accurately. I rarely ever go through a drive thru because I like my food in the moment and that’s the primary reason for coming here. This location didn’t disappoint and I appreciated the service the people that work here demonstrated. Great place.

Horrible. Every time I order from this place from Grubhub the fries are hard as hell because they don’t care enough to make fresh ones. They always leave something out, whether it’s a cup of cheddar I ordered or marinara sauce for cheese sticks. They just don’t care. For the money I’ve soent there I would expect a lot more.

Decent sized fish sandwich ,fairly easy to order ,counter ,app etc… The fries though seemed leftover from lunch , inside was fairly clean though some tables seemed greasy , and the parking lot needs a good power wash or come out at night so you can’t see it … I decided after getting a tray to order it to go .
