Extremely disappointed. My partner and I live across the street and we went to this establishment prior to the closure for remodeling in which we had a wonderful experience with great guest service delicious food and large portions at an affordable price. This evening we decided to return since we noticed that they had been open now for a few weeks and we were only disappointed by the overwhelmingly poor service and food quality. The menu has changed with smaller portions and higher prices but that wasn’t the issue the food came out wrong and the service never checked on us and when we asked for condiments we had to actually get up three times and ask three different people to finally get condiments. The business was not busy whatsoever we were the only table that was placing an order all other tables had been served. When I mentioned that the pizza had mistakenly been made wrong the gentleman was rude and defensive about the pizza and the manager did not once come over until the end after having to request that she come to the table and comp the meal. Even then the manager was condescending and came over to take our unfinished food without even asking. I have worked in food for over a decade, managing many restaurants, I understand when mistakes occur. This establishment was highly unprofessional and lacked in management oversight in both the kitchen and the floor. We will not be returning.

Although I’m not usually one to write reviews, the pizza I had recently was so exceptional and unique that I couldn’t resist sharing my experience. Despite offering the option to create your traditional pizza, my wife and I decided to try something different and ordered the Croque Madame pizza. It turned out to be absolutely fantastic, and our kids thoroughly enjoyed their cheese pizza as well.
