Went in about a month ago, and the place was SO dirty. Food and garbage everywhere, it was hard to find a clean spot to sit. Not to mention the cashier yelled at me for filling my water cup with water? She yelled at me from across the store telling me I needed to “pay for that drink.” No one else was around at the time, so I looked at her very confused and walked out.

It was not kept good at all. Food all over the counters rice over cooked and the guacamole was turning brown from sitting out too long. The workers were having a conversation and didn’t even acknowledge me until they were done talking. Needs better management here.

Tables all need to be cleaned, the garbage was overflowing. The young man who got our food was kind and tentative. The cashier was rude and was rushing for payment, she literally threw the chip bag at us which is awe full customer service. She obviously needs to work somewhere else. The food was too salty and chips were stale and food was cold.

This place stinks. I came here during work to get a taco meal and these people didn’t give me my tortillas in a TACO MEAL! I had to go all the way back to get them and I believe this could’ve been easily avoided. I’m completely and utterly furious. There is also an air bubble in my guac but I payed the full amount. Unprofessional lunatics.

Naperville Food Review
I went to grab lunch from the Downtown Naperville Chipotle yesterday for the first time in almost 2 years, because I had a short lunch at work and it was close and not busy. The food was mediocre at this location. The rice was hard and beans weren’t cooked long enough. Didn’t bother getting lettuce because it all looked bad. The sour cream was discolored and had other food in it so did not get that either. Did not even bother getting any meat either, it looked like it had been sitting for hours. Honestly, if I had more time for lunch I would not have bothered eating there from those signs alone.

Placed my order via app.. waited for the food to be put on the shelf. Literally walked out seconds later and all food was ice ice cold. Also was missing some side items from order.. what gives? I read reviews on other location and it said to come to this one . This location is the worst one I’ve been too yet and chat bot pepper won’t even credit me and said can’t help.
