I will start by saying this is a great little spot. The outdoor seating is great on a cool night, and the atmosphere inside is rustic yet sporty. The best way to describe the menu is sports bar meets sophistication. Great flavors with average size portions.

I arrived and had to wait over 5 min to be recognized and seated as there was no hostesses at the front counter. It was bad timing for me as they were in the back doing something. When they arrived they were very pleasant and sat me right away. My waitress was super pleasant and attentive. She even came with extra napkins before I asked. My burger was very good and juicy so those napkins were needed. Price was decent, will come back again when in area.

Very nice. They took over the old British Beer Company (thank god). Ordered the Prime Rib French Dip, it was excellent. Comes with home made chips which were good. They lacked seasoning, so for me a little boring. Should have got the fries. Beer was fresh and cold. Service was great and attentive. It’s a Tuesday, so it wasn’t that busy but the bar was. I’m guessing 12 or seats at the bar. On a busy night, seats, will be a premium. They do have bar side tables available. Liked it very much, will definitely be back.

My wife and I stopped by the Raillery in Franklin, MA for lunch. We both loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. Service was phenomenal, they removed used plates at the edge of the table quickly. The food was pretty good- but we ended up only doing appetizers instead of getting meals. One thing I really liked was the cauliflower poppers; great flavor and a little spicy kick at the end. The steak and cheese tacos were also awesome. The only thing I had that wasn’t that great was the prosciutto wrapped scallops- the prosciutto was sliced a bit thick and it overpowered the flavor of the scallops. Despite this minor thing, I would definitely like to return and do dinner here! Great pub.

This is so sad and disappointing. I’ve eaten there a few times and love doing reviews. I haven’t gotten to my previous review that I wanted to a couple of weeks ago. Long story short what happened last night was ridiculous and I will never go back nor will anybody that we were with. We waited over an hour not to be seated. I am disabled when I walked in I almost fell and let them know that it was wet at the door and there mat needed to come forward so that people don’t sleep. How come the front end people aren’t trained to watch for this? Don’t they realize the liability for the company?

The staff was amazing. The food was dry we had 8 people and half food was cold other half had not seasoned. The steak was like chewing on shoe leather. The best part was the music bingo.

We sat at the bar on this visit. While one of the bartenders was new he had excellent support from the young lady bartender. We both ordered soup, my wife ordering the French Onion which she said was excellent. I had the Caprese Salad which was one of the best I have tasted anywhere in the USA.

Everything about our (my husband & I) night out was delicious. The drinks, food and music were fantastic. Our waitress was attentive enough to make sure we had what we wanted when we wanted it BUT not too attentive to ruin our night out.

Food and drinks were great…lots to choose from. Brian, our server was attentive and friendly. Ate early in the evening so we didn’t have to wait for a table…we will go back to try some of the other dishes.

I enjoyed the food but the service was very rushed and we felt we may have been targeted. The waitress came more than 6 times to our table to ask if we were done eating which isn’t appropriate considering there were other groups there for much longer than us (whom she didn’t acknowledge much), it was over an hour away from closing and it was not busy at all considering half the tables were empty. The only difference between us and the other customers was that we were people of color so I’m not sure if that played into it. Because we didn’t like our conversations being constantly interrupted and felt we weren’t welcome, I wouldn’t come back here. As other reviews say, the menu is also quite limited compared to other restaurants. They only had canned drinks instead of their own and the desserts are always changing. However the food we did have was good (calamari, onion rings, and cape cod reuben) and came very quickly.
