Great food! Best brisket and pulled pork around. Unfortunately the staff at Dickies in downtown Billings are the most unfriendly group of employees I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. It’s always been my feeling that if you don’t like your job, find a different one. The management might want to provide a little instruction on costumer service and being polite.

This was my first ever visit to a Dickey’s Barbecue Pit. Overall a positive experience. The quality of the barbecue was decent but not exceptional. Side dishes were tasty. I had spinach and macaroni and cheese. Sweet tea was excellent. Ice cream for dessert was included in price. I was certainly full when I left. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would come here again when I had a craving for barbeque.

Worst bbq I’ve ever had. Brisket tastes like rehydrated jacks links jerky, ribs are 95% bone, and how are they able to get away with sides that are like half an inch deep?! I love how when you order online, -> A $29 deal isn’t a deal if you have to pay extra for the bread they require you to select before you can check out! Our pulled pork portion was like, 3 tablespoons of meat. Kind of a rip off.
