This is absolutely unacceptable. Found a huge piece of plastic inside my spicy chicken sandwich today. I have been coming to Chickfila for over 20 years. I’ve already talked with corporate and I expect to hear from management at this location.

When they forget to add the cheese on your spicy chicken deluxe, I improvised and added the sauce. to mimic the cheese look. Still a little disappointed as I waited a little to long for my order as vehicles behind me kept getting their order before me.

I’ve been wanting to come here since it opened but haven’t ever came because the line has always been around the corner, and there’s a reason why. This place is great the food was very good, the chicken was cooked to perfection, the staff were great and we actually had someone come and ask us how our food was and they served our table. This has never happened to me in a fast food restaurant. The restaurant itself was spotlessly clean and the seats were super comfy. I will be back again. They need to open one in the city.

Chick-Fil-Al pretty much always tastes good, so no issues there. But I’ve been to the drive-through for this location like 4 times now and something is always wrong on my order. I order 2 large fries and receive 1 large and 1 small; I ask for dips on the side and the bag has none in it. It’s small stuff, but I kind of hate always having to deep dive through my bag to make sure they didn’t forget anything and they always forget something.

There is no ambiance inside Chick-fil-A. The food was passable, but a salad is very simple. The dressing in two plastic packets was average. Coffee was okay. I sat in a crowded area and read for a while and watched people wait around for a long time. It was average.

I recently visited a Chick-fil-A location and had a generally positive experience. The food was delicious, and the staff was friendly and welcoming, as they usually are. However, there was a slight mix-up with my order. I ordered the 10-piece sliders, but they gave me a 4-piece instead. Luckily, I noticed the mistake before leaving and they quickly fixed it. Despite this small hiccup, the food was great, and the staff was friendly, making it an enjoyable visit overall.

We waited 30min in the drive thru at 5pm. We got the spicy deluxe meal and a regular sandwich. The sandwiches were delicious as always. We usually don’t get the fries from Chick-fil-As because they are soggy and flavorless but this time it was crunchy and there’s a hint of bbq seasoning. Tasty!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I’m honestly really disappointed in this locations customer service when chick fil a is known for how “nice” they’re supposed to be. On June 16 at 8pm I had gone through the drive thru . When one of the people outside took my card! She charged me twice for an order and when I tried to get someone’s attention for help they COMPLETELY IGNORED ME. I went inside to complain and not only did they deny my refund after showing proof of my bank statements of them charging me twice the attitude I received was NOT OKAY ! I have reached out to corporate and have even called this location multiple times and no one calls me back or even bother to answer the phone. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE .
