I heart this Saimin house so much! Everytime I come to the island I visit this little gem. Tucked in an industrial area, you have to know where to go, and the locals certainly do! The beef sticks are my favorite to pair alongside a nice bowl of Saimin. I could eat this every single day. The broth is perfect, the noodles are superior and the service is wonderful. This is a no-fuss kind of establishment, and it’s one I would recommend to anyone.

Down to earth place with fantastic food. Their dry saimin noodles are out of this world. The yakitori chicken is also very delicious. The staff are very friendly and the service is super fast once you get seated. There is often a wait for seats but it is quite worth it. For a 4-5 days trip, we ended up dining here twice. Goes to show great this place is.

We entered the parking lot. And got seated immediately upon arriving inside the restaurant. The ambiance was very traditional like-busy, but inviting. The smell of noodle aroma filled the atmosphere, tickling my nose senses having myself more than ready to see what the menu has to offer. The menu had many amazing dishes, the most popular being the fried noodles. I opted for the saimin as of course, I came here for the noodles and wanted some warmth in my body! When in Maui, make sure to stop at Sam Satos!

The order taker was very friendly, polite and quick. We ordered takeout at the window and it was ready about 8 minutes later. If we wanted to sit inside it would have been MUCH longer as there were lots of people waiting. The dry noodles are the best on the island and very impressive quantity for the price. Very tasty and still hot when we got home. The area inside and outside was clean and well maintained.

Really good local food. We got there around lunch time and only had to wait about five minutes. I’d say they had taken our order about 5 minutes after that and our food out in another 5 minutes. They really try to get you in and out fast. The good was great and also very cheap for Maui. Service was excellent. They offered my wife a couple of suggestions.
