Every single employee seemed thrilled to be working here. They all had smiles on their faces. Our food was ready pretty quickly as well. This particular location does not have a drive thru, but don’t let that stop you from coming here. My only complaint was that my BRC burrito was a bit over toasted.

The customer service percent, employees sound like they are happy to work at this pollo loco location. I bypass at least 4 pollo loco restaurants just to get my food at this location.

My first visit to El Pollo Loco as I live in Carolina Beach North Carolina. The manager, Maria, was extra attentive, and wanted to be sure that everyone had a good time. Best chicken I have ever had! Skin was crispy and the chicken was so moist and delicious. Sides were excellent as well.
