Instead of waiting on my husband and I, your superior employee was out back smoking pot instead! You lost out on a big sale because we had cigarettes and other tobacco that we were going to purchase. I will never step foot in that place again, and I will file every complaint possible within the city, And to this company. This is absolutely the worst store I have ever been in!

Just came in for caffeine, immediately upon entering I see and hear a power tripping manager (I’m assuming) berating an employee that was standing behind the counter. She went on about his attitude as if she was scolding a toddler and yet, he was a full grown man. The brunt of it was she didn’t like his “tone”. As someone who has also been talked to like this for my perceived “tone” in conversation, I had to hold back from correcting this wild manager in front of her subordinates, as I’m sure it would only make the very public scene worse. I’m currently on hold with this location, I’ll find the store number and will be making a formal complaint once I get her name. This was unbelievably unprofessional, a true instance of a small minute amount of power going straight to an otherwise unremarkable woman’s head.

Ordered a couple of pizzas and the cook told me, “just when I thought I was getting a break.” I cannot wait until our workforce is at full strength so we don’t have to deal with rude workers. They can just be unemployed like the old days.

I had paid for gas on pump 4 and the guy asked so “you’re on pump two?” I said no I’m on pump 4. He said ok. I went to pump my gas and he had put the prepay on pump 2. I went back to ask it to be switched to where I actually was on pump 4 and the dude was completely argumentative and confrontational. You need to have better hiring proccess if these are the characters you are employing. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon.

Amazing pizza. We especially love the breakfast pizza. I used to be able to order it with spicy sausage. My most recent request for it was denied and I’m not totally sure why. Staff is great, always so friendly especially when kids are with.

I live real close to there and everytime I stop by, every one has a smile on there face. I have never had a problem with anyone who works at this place. I would have to say that the night shift is the best crew ever.

I like this location because it is closest to my house. I don’t care for the some of the staff. There is a shorter girl who works a lot of evenings who is not very friendly and makes me uncomfortable. I’d much rather stop at the loaf n’ jug further south, and I probably will from now on.
