When you need to add sugar or sweeter to the food you cook, it’s not worth cooking. I tried it, didn’t like it. Not worth the calories. My vegetable stir fry tasted like bologna, and I don’t eat meat. Was disgusted. Hot and sour soup? I don’t think so! Everything I tasted, take out, tasted like I was eating a sugary dessert. Very small buffet. However, the food is very good and cheap. The waitress was sweet/prompt and the decor was fitting and charming. (I would have bought the painting above the fireplace in a heartbeat). As an out-of-towner, I can attest that this is one of the best Chinese buffets I’ve ever been to. I only wish the selection was just a teensy more varied.
