I stopped here today expecting a gem. I am sorry that I did not find it. We came in and the girl didn’t greet us. I had to ask for a menu. I settled on a grilled chicken salad and my husband ordered a pizza. There were only bottled drinks.

Called in and order wings wanted buffalo AND lemon pepper and told me they can’t do that although I always order that way. Had to come to the store and they come out with the silly excuse that for them it means 3 and 3. Had to explain I did not say half and half I said buffalo and lemon pepper and they kept going back and forth about how for them is half and half instead of excusing themselves and apologizing they kept arguing about how for them that’s what it means.

My experience at rocko’s the customer service is horrible and ridiculous. The young man that answered the phone said Hello like he was at home..and they don’t listen to the customer..you walk in and they just stand there waiting on you to order instead of hello welcome to rocko’s can I take your order or may I help you..there is nothing pleasant about the staff. They act like they hate their jobs..these young people. Rocko’s is the best pizza place in Terrell and has been for a very long time..
