I went online and I ordered mozzarella sticks while on my lunch hour paid for them online and they gave me a pickup time of about 20 minutes so I went in at that time and was told it would be about 10 more minutes about 5 minutes later I was informed that they were out of mozzarella sticks. So now over 30 minutes of my lunch hour was used up waiting for my lunch that they didn’t have and that was already paid for. 5 minutes after I placed the order online and paid for it, I got an email notification stating that the location received my order and was preparing it. My question is if they received my order and knew they were out of mozzarella sticks, why didnt they call my phone to let me know right away? Is this how business is handled at Mountain Mike’s? This was completely unprofessional and should not happen. Be careful if you’re going on your lunch hour or anytime at this location, you might not get the food that you ordered. The young lady that was working felt bad I ended up just telling her to make me a ham and pineapple personal pizza and would call it even she ended up making me a small pizza which was very kind of her and very appreciated but they still should notify the customer if they’re out of something before they wait 30 minutes for their order

My absolute favorite pizza place to go to now when I visit my friends in Concord on vacations. The buffet was amazing, and they made a Pike’s Peak meats pizza for the buffet, which I absolutely love. Thin crust was crispy as it should be. Staff was friendly as ever. I see why my friends only order from here. Yeah they’re a little more expensive for delivery; however, I gotta remember it’s California pricing, and not Texas pricing. It’s still worth every penny.

It’s great pizza when they make it well done. Sometimes they don’t cook it long enough and we have to heat it up when we get home. It is almost raw or uncooked however you say it. Which is a huge bummer since we love their pizza. It is inconsistent so when it’s good it’s GREAT but when it’s bad it’s hella bad. Last time we went there which was about a week ago it was GREAT! So try a pepperoni pineapple pizza well done and you will LOVE IT!

Not satisfied with customer service. We waited 45 minutes in the restaurant for what should have been a 20 min Order Pick Up, without letting us know. Employees were not using gloves when preparing pizzas. The pizza was delicious though, but they should work on better customer service and hygiene definitely.

Great pizza. Seems like a little busy w deliveries and would have 5 stars is price was at all reasonable but 45 dollars for a pizza and 3 or 4 drinks is insane imo. Supreme pizza and bread sticks are great the day of however this is one pizza place I can def says is a lot worse the morning after.
