If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ordered at 10am it’s 12:15pm and I still haven’t gotten my food. Manager admitted to it being their fault. No refund or anything was offered just that the food is on its way. We are a big office and always order there. All of our lunch’s are at 11:45 and only 30mins. We all had to get other food here some of us didn’t haven money to buy more and couldn’t eat. It’s a hospital setting so we can’t just eat at our desk. I’m very disappointed! I can’t believe the service. Then I get my order at 12:45pm and they forgot 2 of my orders. I called again and they said will do you want 2 other salads. It’s 1:50pm still waiting on my food.

For the most part they are friendly & have the correct order once received, however, just a tip on gluten-free meals or the buns you have. You might want to educate your staff as to people w Celiac Sprue disease cannot have any wheat, bread or anything w gluten so usually when people ask you for the gluten-free bun you might want to then ask if they want the grilled chicken because we cannot eat the breaded chicken, this will save you and the customer time. Instead of going back and forth. I only gave it 4 stars because they made me pay for a mistake of bringing me the breaded chicken, which I was fine paying but I’d they would’ve known the turn out would’ve been most splendid. Ty
