This is a fabulous off the radar restaurant! The food was excellent! Everything started with the homemade chips and salsa, which are as good as I’ve had anywhere! We had the enchiladas and mini tacos. These had quality ingredients beans, rice, very good vegetables, and especially very good meat. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Our waitress appeared to not want to be there. After she brought our food, she never came back to verify everything was okay. First, she never brought my horchata. Second, my taquitos were burnt, and my husband’s carne asada was extremely dry, and the one very small piece of lime that was provided was also dried out.

I recently visited El Novillero with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, my party and I had to wait for an excruciating 45 minutes for our food to arrive. Despite being hungry and eager to eat, the long wait made the experience very unpleasant and frustrating. To make matters worse, the restaurant was absolutely freezing. I had to keep my coat on throughout the meal.
