I ordered in the app at this location. It gave me the choice to come in or park. I chose park as uncle to come in from recent surgery. It said my order would be ready in 5-7 min. I was there in 7. I parked & tapped I’m here. After 22 min, I called in the store. A lady answered and asked did I say I was there in the app . I told her I did. She couldn’t find my order but then someone in the background said they had made. She assured me it had been under heat lamps and was fine. Then instead of bringing it out, she asked me to drive around again and go through the drive through. Once, I got home the other wrong she lukewarm. We ordered 2 legs & thigh. The was only 1 of each. I ordered the breast/ wing. Did not get the wing but I think maybe it was the back or thigh (not sure) the chicken was a good temp but very very dry. Rice was dry/ lukewarm. Biscuits were lukewarm. We had checked the box in app for unseasoned fries.. They we not only seasoned but almost cold and tough. I called back up there and they did say I could come back and they would fix it , but after spending so much time trying to get it..much less having to spend more time and gas money decided to wait and talk to the manager tomorrow. This was the worst experience ever at any location. It was also 5 ( when they were supposed to have it ready). There was no other cars there so not busy.

While the service was quick, the sausage biscuits were horrible. The bottoms were hard as a rock and tough. Not sure if they were over-baked or reheated.

Manager was very unprofessional and I will be calling corporate. I ordered a ham & cheese biscuit with no egg. The manager that took my order laughed hysterically at me and said, ham biscuits don’t come with egg. I told her people order eggs on their biscuits all the time. She then tells me, that I need to have a sense of humor. I didn’t find it funny, Her laughing at me. I asked for her when I pulled up to the drive thru window but she wouldn’t show her face. Lucky for her I had to go to work, because I was going to go inside and confront her. And let this be a lesson to her, next time someone asks for no egg on their biscuit, just give them what they’re asking for without a smart remark. As a manager, she should carry herself as such.

Very rude and unprofessional manager and crew! I can’t believe how bad I was disrespected and treated at this establishment! I will be contacting corporate and hope that no one else ever has to go through this! Went there around 8:10 pm wanted to go inside to dine in and was told they were operating drive thru only! I go to drive thru and after about a 3-5 min wait a male asked to take my order, I order a #12 leg and thigh I’m told they have no legs, ok that’s fine I’ll take 2 thighs I then order a #14 breast and wing I’m told they have no wings ok that’s fine I’ll take a breast and thigh or whatever! I get to the window the male has a terrible attitude in background rolling his eyes and etc. I pay the cashier and when I look at my receipt I see an extra charge so I ask why was there an extra charge the male comes to the window and begins to try and argue that I ordered a 3 piece with an extra breast meanwhile I only have 1breast and thigh n one box and 2 thighs in the other he begins to be soooo rude that another lady comes over and after I explained she was tryin to solve the issue for me another employee walks up and starts accusing me of being high and etc. Excuse me, where do we learn to treat our customers like this! I couldn’t believe it! If I could this restaurant would get NO Stars from me!!!!!

The food here was OK. The fries are never seasoned and that is what Bojanges is known for. The seating area was clean. The chicken was good. The dirty rice never has enough sausage in it. Overall I give the 3.5.

I just had the best Bojangles fried chicken breast sandwich in quite a while at the Ceder Springs location. The chicken breast meat was actually whole breast meat, fried to perfection with some kick. Glad I had it with lettuce and tomato. Thanks!

Got the steak biscuit. Oh yeah!! And the fries…..so much better than Mc D’S or wendys. And berry biscuit. To die for. And for Mother’s Day. In the shape of hearts. Can I say….heaven in your mouth…..you know so good. Your eyes roll to back of your head.
