My husband and I came in last week for the first time and I didn’t know what to expect. Our server was Emily, and she was really nice and checked up on us every once in a while. We ordered the Fubar Fries as an appetizer, and they were absolutely perfect! My husband ordered the Shack’s Original Club while I got the Strawberry Hill Club. Everything was delicious and the Strawberry Hill was absolutely divine! My husband loved his sandwich! They’re very generous with the proportions so we had to get the rest to go. Overall, the atmosphere, food, and service were top level! Definitely coming back!

Oh my lord the best soup and dessert. It was loaded potato soup. I got a sandwich as well. The Rocco also good. Then the dessert came. Worth the visit. Come hungry you won’t be disappointed

We’ve been dine in and takeout periodically over the last year. We would get takeout every other Friday from your previous location. Today we got a pickup order. The OG club was still great and what we expected (very good). The rest of the order was disappointing. Ordered chicken tenders and got chicken patty cut in half. Fubar fries had no cheese and double the jalapeños and a sprinkle of bacon. Caesar salad was packed up in same bag as hot food so lettuce was not crisp, Italian dressing was on salad not Caesar dressing and no Parmesan cheese in salad. Appears that when the owner is not there some of the staff care more about entertaining their friends at the bar than paying patrons.

Very disappointed, would not recommend! After waiting 45 minutes for a hot dog and a half a sandwich. The mighty lion sandwich which came with fried turkey, ham and roast beef with gravy on toasted po-boy bread was cold. The dogfather hotdog which was advertised to have brisket chili as part of the toppings held about a tablespoon of chili across the top of the hot dog and I only seen one small piece of brisket in it, I expected more for a $14 hot dog! The atmosphere was nice and my waitress checked on us frequently but after tip, drinks and subpar food adding up to $50 I can’t say that I will be going back.

Where to start. Took 30 minutes for the server to come wait on us, only us and another table in the place. Order fries for and app came out 10 minutes after our sandwiches. Let me tell you about the $18 sandwiches. I can go to Walmart and get deli meat and white American and call it the JRG. I am sure the menu says pepper Jack but definitely two slices of white American singles. This place is a joke.

We were celebrating an 8th grade graduation. My wife and I shared the Shack’s Club Sandwich with fries. It was plenty big enough, the sandwich was delicious and the fries were perfect. Keep up the great job.

Visited for the first time today for lunch. The card machine was down at our original lunch choice – so we opted to go down a few doors and try here. Ordered the Southpaw Club with the pasta salad. Was surprised at the portion – honestly would have been fine eating it for two meals. Good food overall, reasonably quick for lunch, and service was friendly too. Would come back when I’m in a sandwich mood again. The other two folks at my table shared the same thoughts.
