Came through the drive through tonight and had the best time! The person doing speaker was so sweet, talked to her at the window, she has curly brown hair and the brightest smile!! And her customer service was top notch!! The person at the window was very friendly as well, short brown hair tied up and very pretty eyes! The blizzards were very good, thank you Dairy Queen!

If you are looking for an ice cream treat, go somewhere else. They do good on their meal items. My family likes blizzards and parfaits. We are 0 for 3 here so far. Each time each blizzard was nearly liquid. You could pour them right out. Added items quickly settled to the bottom, like cookie dough, for example. A frozen treat from a gas station freezer will be much better.

The line for the drive thru was long, maybe 10 minutes of sitting in line. The end of the drive thru ends pretty close to the street so you can’t really sit around, you just have to go. The blizzards are always good, the bbq Glazed chicken tenders were also pretty good. Not super large but filling enough. They have a lunch deal for the local students.

I ordered a cookie dough blizzard and asked for a lid to prevent the melted ice cream from spilling all over my car. Instead of a lid, they gave me a sundae cup and the liquid just spilled all over. I was very angry about that. Why cant they put dome lids on the to-go cups when you order a blizzard? It’s like they have a lack of consideration for customers wanting to keep their vehicles clean from liquid ice cream. I also ordered a strip basket with dipping sauce, and I looked in the basket and there was no dipping sauce at all. Why do they not give what the customer’s asked? Super frustrating.

There must be something wrong with their ice cream machine because for the last year or more because any kind of ice cream treat is soupy. We have gone here multiple times expecting a good experience but it’s always the same…soupy blizzards and banana splits. No line tonight so that can’t be the excuse as to why our treats were just a sloppy soupy mess. You know they have to know that there’s something wrong because when’s the last time they did the flip of a blizzard? Not going to keep throwing money out the window for such poor product.

To the gal tonight in a blue shirt blonde hair. With a very pronounced RBF. Myself coworker and boss stop in for a bite to eat. Mind the the young lady at the register in the black shirt loved her customer service skills all around. As fir the gal in blue. When you delivered our food your attitude was very appalling, quite uncalled for even. You set our food down we say thank you and ignored, or you just brushed it off like whatever or how you youngsters say now days. Then later my boss orders a burger you promptly and very rudely ask did you order this. Thank the gods above I chose not to say something because my reply to you would not have been pleasesant. You really should face it just because your day is bad, don’t be a Karen or grouch because your miserable. Guess what everyone has something going on.

This has got to be the nicest Dairy Queen I have ever been in and I have been in a lot all over the country! There were plenty of booths and tables with a numbered of families having dinners together. Also, they had a special area with saddles for seats for the youngens. The young lady who waited on me was friendly and had my order ready quickly.
