We had an issue with our order last night. By the time we arrived home to eat dinner, the store was closed. I called today (next day) and spoke with the manager, Mindy. She was very professional and genuinely listened to my complaint. She fixed the situation immediately and renewed my faith in Arby’s! Because of her, I will continue to be a long-time customer.

I love Arby’s especially this one. The Arby’s in Albemarle is oddly one of the best. The food is always good and the service is usually really good. The only time I ever have a problem is with other customers. The business itself is outstanding. I often ring the bell on my way in and when anyone says anything I tell him that I know it’s going to be good. They deserve all the stars I can give and two thumbs up.

I ordered on the mobile app and the store was closed. I called and was told they could not issue my refund I needed to contact the app support. I made two inquiries and multiple calls. I have yet to receive any response or receive my refund after a week. I have never ordered food via app with any other establishment that closed early and not been able to receive either my refund or the food ordered when they open the next day. This is unacceptable and theft.
