We have been coming here to get chicken teriyaki for years now. I highly recommend this place. Chicken teriyaki is delicious and juicy. I downloaded the App so I could get information regarding specials & coupons. Very friendly staff! Davi, Miguel, Jorge, and Rubi are courteous and friendly. They work hard and always smiling! Btw they cook all the orders right in front of you! This place is my favorite teriyaki spot in Omaha Nebraska. You will not be disappointed.

This is my go-to place when visiting any mall in any city. They are pretty standard across the country. Food is cooked to order, so it’s usually fresh. Too bad they only have locations at the malls. I’d love to see one with a drive-through.

Price went up which is fine, but the portion size in a fricken joke. I can litterly get more food from a large fry at McDonald’s. Rice, and chicken, and it took them 3 times to get it correct. Not sure how this place has stayed open. What a waste of money…. go eat someplace else.

Just love this place. The only place in Omaha that I have found that has great teriyaki. The lady that takes your order isn’t rude but isn’t over friendly at the same time. However, the guys cooking the food are always so friendly, and they have a smile and offer extra of the sauce. Will be back for sure.

We have been coming here on Sunday’s for as long as I can remember. Never had issues until now. Our family loves this place. The older gentleman up front has messed up our order every time and we always have to correct it. Today was the last straw. Not only is he always rude, did he doesn’t listen to your order, and today he charged us for an additional order . While trying to explain to him what is wrong, he snatched the receipt out of my hand, he throws his things down, hands us $9 when he owes us $12 and tells us to get out of here. He was very disrespectful and clearly had no business being the face of your company. Then the lady behind us had an issue with him. He didn’t ring it up correctly and told her she didn’t pay for what she asked because he rang it up wrong.

I recently placed a pick-up order with this restaurant, and while they initially informed me that it would be ready in 15 minutes, I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes when I arrived at the establishment. The extended wait time was a bit disappointing and inconveniencing, especially after being given a specific time frame. I appreciate promptness and accuracy when it comes to orders, and I hope the restaurant can work on minimizing such delays in the future to enhance the overall customer experience.
