Highly recommend the Atlantic Salmon in the Maple Bacon Jam and the Coconut cake at the end. I wish I could leave a 6 star review. Best place I’ve eaten in the last 3 years. Staff was friendly and gave good recommendations. Service was quick (in an out within 40 minutes), the atmosphere is awesome and you can even walk over to the kitchen area to watch some preparations.

This place has no ambiance and is so loud it will make you want to sit outside. There is no sound dampening on the walls which would make all the difference. We could hear conversations from 3 tables away. The fries were the best part of the place and they were obviously from a major food supplier and not hand cut. My ribs tasted like chemical cleaner. My girlfriend ordered a pastrami sandwich with more fat than actual meat. Definitely won’t be returning

I could go on and on about how amazing this place is. The owners are absolutely wonderful. The open in Kitchen concept is amazing to see the chefs at work! Priceless! My husband and I had the most perfect anniversary dinner. We had the pan seared scallops in a coconut curry with Swiss shard, which was to die for….cooked perfectly. Everything from beginning to end was delicious. Our server, Laura was also a delight! Thank you

Stopped in on a whim traveling to Augusta Maine. Service was awesome. The menu was small-ish but we’ll rounded and unique. Our kiddo loved her cheese burger, they actually seasoned the patty which is unusual. The parmesan haddock was cooked perfectly- my hubs got the Sirloin Steak and was cooked to temperature- he said the glaze sauce knocked it out of the park. Well done

Excellent food with a constantly changing menu. Everything I have tried has been consistently fantastic. I order curb side every time I visit my mom and we love it. You can’t go wrong with any of the dishes in the menu. I had the meatballs this time and they were great. The chicken parm that my brother got was great. The seafood pasta was awesome. Definitely recommend this spot for some affordable great cooking.

The Central has always been a great spot to share small plates with friends or family! The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The Truffalo Wings are a mash up of two classic appetizers. Unique and delicious. Definitely get the brisket tacos (or brisket sandwich). Their dessert list is extensive, utilizing baked goods from their bakery next door. Impressive dessert cocktail list as well!
