I went to dairy queen to get dinner for 3 and got everything I didn’t want. I didn’t get Onion ring just fries I asked for cheese curds instead of fries on my son’s meal asked for peanut butter blast add cookie dough and peanut butter sauce and more. Definitely wouldn’t go through the drive thru again

I ordered on the app and picked it up. They told me they were out of what I had ordered and couldn’t give me a refund. So I opted for something else. The chicken was so dry, onion rings and fries were very cold. The toast was very soggy. The drive-through guy was getting very frustrated because he couldn’t understand me. I contacted corporate (because I wanted my refund for food that they didn’t have) and only received a generic email back. No apology, no trying to rectify.

We went through the drive through but everything looked clean from where I was and the service was excellent. The food was just awful . We got cheese curds that were over cooked and our blizzards were almost tasteless and kind of icy . Not the creamy deliciousness I remembered as a kid.

The employees were very friendly and polite, seemed to get along with each other well. The restaurant was clean, the food was great, and I saw a regular come in (older gentleman) as they called out his specific usual order and asked if he’d like that again. The customer service and smiles here are great.

Haven’t had DQ in a while so I thought I’d hit the drive through. Received half a container of soggy fries on a medium meal and 2 patties that are half the size of the bun. This is not to mention that the teller didn’t actually put the lid on my drink which then spilled when he handed it to me…

Are there no standards for franchises? Ordered a turtle shake and a banana shake- received a med cup of soft serve vanilla with 2 small bites of banana and my husband got a cup of ice cream with turtle pieces tossed on the top 1/3 of the ice cream. Almost $12. I’ll save my $$ and go to Culver’s 5 min. Away.

Tried to order a couple of things, was rushed through the drive thru, charged for a “vanilla sundae” even though I ordered a soft serve.. she took $10 from me and I had to ask for my change.. clearly not doing her job right.. her phone was probably more important..

This Dairy Queen is just as you would expect. Good ice cream and fast friendly service. I always get the peanut buster parfait. We were greeted with a friendly smile on the way in and out. The eating area was also very clean.

We ordered a cotton candy blizzard,a cheesecake blizzard and a strawberry shake. When he got them, it was too dark to see in the car. He got home and we were given a brownie blizzard and a some other, not cheesecake blizzard and a Oreo shake. Unfortunately, we could not drive back up because they would have been closed when we got there. What a waste of money!
