I ordered 2 spicy boxes woth coleslaw , a lemon lime drink with no ice , and a cola. I immediately saw that the drink had ice in it, but I get tired of telling people in Bolivar Tn how many need to go back to the womb of their grandmothers instead of their mothers, to learn some kind of manners and common sense. KFC mashed potatoes take like soap suds. They have so many ingredients other than potatoes. I dont understand how anyone could buy them to eat. The gravy has MSG in it, which I am allergic to. Then, the chicken would have been good but it was nearly burned and was so hard that my husband could not eat it. Its been a long time since Ive been there but itll be LONGER before I go back!

Went last night 2/22/23 at approx 630p first I tried to order online but changed my mind and would just do it threw the drivethru .. No chicken sandwiches available .. okay cool… I ordered chicken and wanted it crispy … they said they no longer serve crispy .. but, on the kfc app it was a choice to order.. but in the drive thru they said they stopped selling crispy a year ago… someone need to update me .. if they don’t sell it why is it still on the app? Or was they just lazy and didn’t want to make it??? It already took me 10 minutes before I could order in the drivethru

Don’t usually rate places but save your time and money and don’t go here. I had an online order so I went through the drive through to pick it up. She tells me to pull up it’s not ready and I sat there for 20 minutes so I went inside to see what was going on and both cashiers were extremely rude saying they didn’t have any online orders and they didn’t know what I was talking about so here comes the manager. I showed her the receipt of my order on my phone and told her what was going on and then all of a sudden the other worker “remembers” telling me to pull up from the drive through and that she had just forgot… still having an attitude and swinging her head around btw. Anyways so they finally fix my order and the chicken was old and dry and I couldn’t even eat the fries that I got. Will not ever recommend this kfc to anyone. It’s ashamed because we love kfc and this is the closest one to us but I will never give business to this one again.

I love KFC, but I STRONGLY dislike this location. Every time I have gone to this KFC I have left p*ssed off and no longer hungry. Most of the staff are rude and rush you through without listening and the order is NEVER right. This last week I went and got family supper from KFC since we were all craving it and part of it was still RAW.
