First time ordering from Passport, based on new ownership. Very friendly and helpful staff for starters. Small Sicilian with pepperoni and mushrooms, with a regular antipasto salad. The pizza had very good taste, but a very light on the sauce. I will try it well done next time, the dough was not cooked enough for my liking, still very good though. The salad was also very good, albeit the ham and salami was scarce. Vegetables were fresh, crisp, and flavorful. Perfect size salad for two. Actually 4.5 to 4.75 stars .

First time I ordered – it was a hand tossed pizza with well-done crust. Well, I got the pizza and was doughy and not cooked. The mushrooms were not fresh mushrooms they were the canned mushrooms, which are really disgusting and to save money for the restaurant. This is very disappointing. They have lost a customer.

Seems to be a good value in what you get as the amount of food was worth it. Did not get the items made properly but things happen and I’m not that upset about it. Pizza was O.K. nothing wrong with it, just not my favorite. Everything was hot and fresh and driver was very friendly.

We ordered pizza from this location tonight for the first time. The pizza and bread were delicious, and my husband said the staff was super nice and friendly, one of the employees even carried out our order to the truck for him because my husband had our toddler with him. It’s very hard to find great customer service like that these days. We will definitely be ordering from this location a lot more.

My order, which was delivered by Door Dash, was missing 1 of the 2 items I ordered so this review is only on the Detroiter pizza. Very much enjoyed it, sauce was perfect, not too sweet and not too spicy. Toppings seemed very generous and the price was competitive with other pizza places. Wish my pickle bread was also delivered as I was looking forward to that, but alas it just wasn’t meant to be.

Id love to make this a 0 star review, but it wont let me.. So I’ve ALWAYS ordered from this passport specifically because of the care they put into the pizzas… But this is NOT ACCEPTABLE. I orders a blt pizza with banana peppers instead of tomatoes. First off, wheres the lettuce!?! I got maybe a 8th of a cup of lettuce on my whole “large” pizza. And as for my banana peppers. I found a total of Maybe 10 pieces across the whole thing. The size of the pizza is NOT RIGHT. $16 for this dinky basically CHEESE pizza!?!?! I am NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS AT ALL.
