I placed a order online after Shabbat for my family and this is the second time they messed up my order.. the first time they forgot items they said they’d give us free nachos and cheese for the trouble they forgot the cheese for the nachos. Just spent 45 minutes in the drive thru for another mobile order and they forgot items again. Not worth the 40$ to feed my family, not worth the wait, they smash it everything in one bag so everything is sloppy and soggy..I called and the manager was really apologetic and I really try to be understanding but I’m getting the messed up items another time and never going there again..

No chicken in my chicken power bowl, got onions on it only tasted onion once , I also ordered a bean burrito and it was literally all beans I could count how many piece of onion and there was very little red sauce all at one end of the burrito. When I do decide to eat out I atleast hope to get what I ordered. Won’t be doing that again
