The Big New Yorker is now one of my Top 3 that I have had! I have been around to different cities for pizza and this was great! Tried to order online to get the special. It wouldn’t allow me so I went into this location.. Girl said they have no in store specials and I tried to explain the site won’t allow me to order online… She looked at me like I was dumb and said she couldn’t help me.. Wasted a hour of my time and was treated like I am dumb.. I went across the street to romeos was treated like a customer and the food was way better! Spend the extra few bucks!

Delivery was 15 minutes early (selected specific delivery time due to work), and normally that is not a problem, but since no one was available at the time it was delivered, it sat outside on my porch for 15 minutes in the rain (it was bagged but because all the steam was kept in the bag, designed to keep the rain out, the food was just as soggy).

The lady working was very rude to us tonight.She got smart with us multiple times on the phone.We picked up our food at the window and she once again got smart with us.She handed us our food and we said thank you and she just shut the window! This was the rudest customer service we have ever had! Won’t be going back.
