Rosati’s franchise as a whole is a wonderful organization. Unfortunately, this particular location doesn’t have excellent customer service, nor do they take pride in making food according to Rosati’s standards. I’m not particularly eager to rate this location two stars, but they don’t care about customer satisfaction or product quality. Over-salted food with no regard for customer satisfaction. Don’t eat here. Drive to another location.

I Ordered a 18 inch pizza and a medium Cheese. The lady only gave me 3 packets of parmesan cheese. I asked if she could give me a little more because I ordered so much pizza. She said no they only give 3 packets of cheese regardless of how much you order. I contacted my friend who works for the event crew at my work and they will no longer order from this location for company events. They just lost out on a lot of business. Bad additude!!! The Rosati in West Chicago makes the pizza better ironically. They are very friendly and will give more packets of whatever you need especially for larger orders.

Disappointed. Prices have gone up significantly and portions sizes have decreased a lot! Paid 5.99 for a McDonald size container of onion rings. They used to put them in the styrofoam containers and served twice as much. We were given a plastic fork that the tines were broken off. Good thing we were able to come home and use a real fork. We use to be regulars. Pretty sure, that’s not happening anymore.
