I must express my disappointment with the recent state of Jimmy John’s. In my recent visit, I found the overall cleanliness of the establishment to be severely lacking. The tables, though available, were noticeably filthy, and there were multiple instances of spills on the floor throughout the dining area. To make matters worse, I observed paper towels strewn across the floor, which was truly off-putting and unsanitary.

So placed an online order. Was accepted and charged our card. Show up at pickup time and sign on the door says closed for training our crew to serve you better, however find out it has been closed for the last two weeks due to lack of staff. Second JJs in the area to be not reliable. Very disappointed.

I frequent this Jimmy Johns, and have always been happy with the service. Unfortunately today’s visit didn’t meet the service I was used too. I ordered two sandwiches and both ended up being incorrect. JJBLT came with only tomato and bacon, and the Pepe was asked to be cut in half with onion. It wasn’t cut in half, and there was only a couple pieces of onion on there.

Staff was friendly, but the place was not clean. 5 people at one rable when I came in at 1:15pm, and 1/2 of yhe remaining tables were dirty. If I would’ve seen the numbers of flies back in the kitchen prep area before I ordered, I would’ve left. INVEST IN A FEW COMMERCIAL FLY TRAPS!!

I think it’s great that everybody liked it. I also liked it very much as the Stars say I loved it it was not that high I guess. It actually was slower service than it says it was 10 times slower service then I would love. It also had five more delivery bags or should I say pickup bags then anybody in there so there was 10 bags total and only five people in there. I think more Jimmy John’s to get more better reviews cuz they are more faster and people like them more better!!!
