First time I’ve been back since they moved from the East side of town. I think my memories were better than the food. I couldn’t wait to have a French Dip and fries. Well, the sandwich was decent, smaller than expected for the cost (but food and labor costs are insane)!! The fries were a total disappointment. They tasted like they had been cooked way in advance, kept under the warmer and almost over-cooked. They were hard and not a lot of flavor, and not at all what I remember!!

I really want to support local, but I don’t see what the hype is about this place. Two sandwiches and a large fry for $17..the portions are very small for the price. My roast beef sandwich was so salty, I didn’t eat it. The flavor was good on the fries and BBQ sandwich, though.

First time eating there today and I don’t know how it stayed off my radar for so long! Service was prompt and friendly. Food was fresh and delicious with plump roast beef and fresh cooked bacon. Sides are as good as a pot luck and don’t taste mass produced. Cookies were tastier and cheaper than specialty shops around town. 100% recommend!

Stopped in Thursday for lunch. They were very busy. Even with the place packed, service was polite, quick, and efficient. It’s always nice seeing some of the same faces from the old east side location. The food was fresh and delicious as always. I had the French Dip and fries. Both were outstanding. This is a new building at a new location. Though I miss the design of the old building, I think they improved on a lot of things with this new building! The food is also better than ever! If you like roast beef, you should definitely check out Barn’rds. Instead of deli meat, they use actual cooked beef. I love this place!

Barn’rds is one of the great local spots. Delicious and fast. I get their supreme combo. Their fries are amazing and the supreme sandwhich is fantastic. When they had another location more east I taught my boys at work about this place and we ended up eating there for lunch many a time. I’m way out east compared to this location but its worth a special trip to come get Barn’rds.

I came in for lunch, and while the line was long, it moved very quickly. My food was ready soon after, and I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t thrown together in a mess, but actually a well-made sandwich. The smoked turkey club was excellent, with crispy bacon, fresh cold lettuce, and tender turkey. The beef vegetable soup was also excellent, served hot and filled with chunky beef and veggies. About $11 for a sandwich, soup and drink seemed fair considering the quality. Restaurant itself was clean and well kept. I’d visit again.
