I came this evening to pick up some food & arrived 15 mins before they closed, yet the doors were already locked & they refused to acknowledge me. What is the purpose of having hours of operations if they won’t follow them?! Horrible, horrible customer service — they prefer to “get out early” for the night instead of serving a customer who went out of their way to pick up some of their food.

Was in hospital in swfl. Don’t remember which one my husband pickup the food from,very good In good quantity for the price. Came home I went to the LA Grandma’s by my house,and the amount of gumbo that I received was about 2/3 of what I received from the other one. Very disappointed there should be equal qualities at each store or at least noted on the menu .

The people who work there are rude. The food is not always hot especially the sides. That’s not too healthy and unacceptable for the prices! If you place your order in English they look at you like you are a foreigner from another country!

Terrible. The cashier and two other people did not know what the dishes contained (ingredients, allergens, etc.) The bathrooms were dirty. The floors were sticky. Yuck. Would not recommend this to anyone and will certainly not be coming back.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!’ Went to buy lunch there spent 29 dollars plus tip and I asked for an extra sauce for fish and the low life manager and employees that can’t speak proper English made a huge deal of giving me a sauce they wanted me to pay extra unbelievable how do they have people like that working with paying customers very very unprofessional I was in shock will never go back !!!!!! Would have given a O star if I could shame on manager and the poor speaking employees they have really pathetic !!!!!
