I was a little skeptical about how good the food would be at a bait shop, but the other reviews were not wrong. I got the Godzilla dog and it was phenomenal. The people working here are super friendly and the view is worth a stop by itself. I highly recommend stopping by!

Big, fat, juicy grilled burgers! Delicious! Right by the water by the fishing pier! Great spot, especially on sunny days! The only part of my burger I don’t like was the lettuce. It was of poor quality. Rest of the burger was fantastic!

Trekked out here during comic-con for an excellent burger and nice view.

Good, fairly quick lunch option while working at the convention center. Very interesting grilled cheese. Looks like they put the cheese on the griddle, and then the cheese on top. Gives it a good crisp bite to the cheese, and you can open it if you want to put anything on it. Great views of the water, and they rent fishing poles.

The view easily makes this five stars. Down by the waterfront and overlooking Coronado Island, grab a beer and a burger and watch all sorts of military activity drive/fly by.

I love this place, it’s got everything you could want “Burgers, Bait & Beer” and says so right in the name! Great burgers and hotdogs. My All American Burger was cooked perfectly even though I didn’t specify any particular ‘done-ness’

This place is such a hidden gem. The burgers are phenomenal. Ours a bit difficult to find as it’s kind of out of the way if you aren’t looking for it and that’s ok!

Great view of the San Diego California Bay, watches ships pass by. Right behind the San Diego Convention Center. Not crowded like most restaurants in the Gaslamp Quarter. The Baja Burger is awesome.

This is our “go to” place for enjoying the San Diego Bay and getting a great, juicy burger and local brews on tap. The All-American is my husband’s favorite. The perogis are also delish, and we came mid-day on Sunday and had a tasty breakfast sandwich. It’s a tradition every time we’re in SoCal, and you can usually find a convenient, cheap place to park.

Excellent stop for a quick and delicious burger! First time visit and I couldn’t resist ordering the Pastrami Tsunami burger. Wow! Great choice! Paired with a draft beer, I was in heaven, . Well worth the walk to the pier. Highly recommended by this self proclaimed burger “junkie”…
