Most cashiers act like they don’t wanna even be there. Used to stop every morning for breakfast and coffee until I found hair in my food on the separate occasions. I’ll stick to kwik trip.

Stopped at the store when I was painting in town to buy a couple of lottery tickets last Thursday. The cashier behind the counter asked me if I wanted to buy another ticket for the Powerball that they accidentally printed. The ticket was$15 dollars. 5 drawings for the Powerball with the power play selected. I always buy tickets when this happens because you never know, but the $15 was way more than I normally would ever spend.

We ordered the family meal for the game tonight. Teresa was very busy with orders, even so, our pizza and cheesy bread was amazing! The best Casey’s we have ever had! The cashier Mike was also very friendly and polite! Great experience, thank you!

Only one cashier on a busy sunday so there was a line. Waited for a pizza slice. As i watched her try to get it off the pan several times she finally got it in the case. When i went to eat it it fell apart in a couple of places. Otherwise i like stopping there as the place is clean.

Ordered a specialty pizza and a medium one topping. Took over an hour to deliver and al they made was the medium one topping. It has been an hour and 45 minutes since we ordered and still haven’t received the other pizza. Now we find out that they did make the pizza and then forgot to bring it with. They went back, made a new pizza and came back to deliver it again without realizing what they did. No offers for a discount or coupon on anything.

For starters this Casey’s use to be the best one yet. Now it sucks, the food service is poor, the workers ignore you. THERE IS NO NEE SIGN POINTING OUT THE NEW HOURS. They wouldn’t even talk to me, I get it it’s a safiissue but damn hold up a piece of paper or your hands. This Casey’s is also off highway tons of people stop here and majority won’t realize it’s closed between 12-4 am!! Either fix the signs or get better workers because I’m about at the end of my rope

I prefer their pizza over almost every other franchise or chain (Paglia’s and Jet’s are the only ones who rise above). OMG…I CRAVE their breakfast pizza! Great specials along with email and app exclusive discounts. Gasoline discounts can be achieved thru so many different avenues that I won’t even begin to list them all! I can’t say enough good things about their staff, they always greet you with a warm smile and hello and they show a genuine interest in getting to know their regular customers and happily engage in a bit of chit chat and laughter, when time allows of course but the smile, warm getting and genuine thank you is always there. There are several tables to sit and enjoy the very unexpected food that they serve (everyone loves an order of Casey’s potato wedges)or the coffee you customized to your exact liking, from their impressive but not overwhelming coffee bar. To top it off….Eagle Lake Casey’s is just about the cleanest, most organized convenience store I’ve ever seen!

Ordered a pizza tonight and upon opening found it wasn’t what we ordered. called them and they offered to make a new one. Got that one and it was wrong again. How hard is it to write the order down and satisfy a customer? sure glad I had enough box coupons so I didn’t have to pay for it but sad I had to waste my coupons on a bad order.
