This Taco Bell location has had a few employees that have delivered great customer service in my experiences here. Unfortunately, more often than not, I have seen and received very poor customer service from the staff here, including flat out offensive treatment from the manager herself, I believe Maria D. Is here name. I feel that in most instances, the professionalism or lack there of is something that starts with the GM and trickles down through the staff. This is one Taco Bell that I try to avoid for the most part, save the occasional revisit to see if things have improved. So far, over a 2 or 3 year stretch, the less than mediocre service has been consistent in my personal experience.

On August 26 around 3:40 pm I was treated unprofessionally at this location. My brother and I stood at the counter for about 5 mins till an employee shouted from across to use the kiosk. This was my first time ordering from a kiosk and I was struggling to put in my order. I asked the employee if she can help me look for a certain item I needed to customize. She gave me a dirty look and said it should just be on screen. I was shocked at her unprofessionalism and disrespect towards us. I asked for help again and she wouldn’t help. I went back to the screen struggling. So I went in my car and went through the drive through instead. The same girl that didn’t want to help handed me my order and I asked her which box had the custom tacos. She pointed at the second box. When I arrived home and checked I found that she lied. I couldn’t find them. I want everyone to know how rude this location is. They are lazy and don’t care about helping their customers. No excuse for this behavior.

DO NOT use online ordering for this location. Twice they routed my food to the drive thru when I requested in-store pickup. I sat waiting for the notification it was ready which never came. Turned out it was growing cold and soggy sitting near the pickup spot.

They took away the ever-popular lava menu, so that’s super unfortunate… Also, the dark atmosphere in Taco Bells devoid of sauces you can get for yourself is pretty desolate. But the food’s not bad.

This is when it’s Taco Bell’s where if you go through the drive-through you’re greeted with a person with a sign that you cannot read and have to kind of guess what is on special. The interior’s nice but I hate going to the drive-thru because I feel like I don’t have enough time or able to read the menu to really figure out what I want sometimes I’ll even go inside to order to go because I can actually see what is specials and other items.

Only customer inside standing in front of register 4 minutes with no greeting after making eye contact with two separate employees. Someone finally yells “place your order at the kiosk” which is sticky and obviously not cleaned regularly.

They are doing a great job. They are quick to get your order made. They are friendly. They are even okay with modifying your order. I’m a vegetarian and I tend to modify my food regularly when I eat out. Here, I exclude the tortilla. They are okay with that. Not all Taco Bells are okay with that. Others flat out won’t make an order if you don’t want the tortilla. Seriously!
