Breakfast was horrific. Moderately busy. Terrible food, terrible service. Manager needs to be re-trained or find different employment in another field. She acted as if she couldn’t be bothered and acted as if it was my fault the food was garbage. Then kept me waiting for a check. Never again. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to the Bluebird Diner instead. Now I’m enjoying a fresh breakfast with attentive staff.

The service and atmosphere was great! I ordered the steak and grilled chicken but when I got the plate. I was a little disappointed because there were only two small chicken tenders, but they were delicious. Then I ordered a peach cobbler with the ice cream and the peach cobbler was barely warm, and they only gave me maybe a tablespoon of ice cream. I remember when I used to get a full scoop.

Order breakfast, I had to remind the waitress several times if she could bring the rest of my breakfast. Gravy and Biscuit and toast, plus a refill on soda, never got any. Finally, after everyone was done eating, I just told her to forget the rest of my breakfast, which was not that crowded. Even though service was the worst, I felt compelled to leave a tip. But this location will never get a dime from me again. She spent more time leaning against the wall, chatting, then providing good service.

Not a bad spot to stop off. Just like any other Cracker Barrel. I think this particular one needs some improvement with their customer service as their staff wasn’t extremely attentive during our meal here. Additionally, our order was incorrect and had to be corrected.
