Seems like new owner is a cheapie. I’ve been going to this location for years until recently ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was made with old cheese because you can smell and taste it was bad, and not only that but there wasn’t much cheese at all. Used to be young kind kids from the neighborhood working there eager to please, always asking if you need cheese, peppers, ranch, utensils, napkins, or plates. Sometimes i forget yea I do need Parmesan but never been offered it now seems the owner son or family member is handling day to day operations and you gotta ask for anything extra, while his BMW 7 series sits parked out front of the mountain mikes you can tell he can’t wait to get out of there and dealing with customers is a drag… hmmm can afford a 7 series for your boy but not fresh cheese for paying customers??? I will not be going back ever! I do not support these kinds of crooked business owners!

Just visited Mountain Mike’s Granite Bay for Veggie More pizzas and some appetizer takeouts this early afternoon. My food was prepared and ready to be picked up in less than 15 mins. The gentleman with the glasses who took my order was nice to have given me a call and let me know when my food was ready. Special thanks to the lady named Harpal, who also worked at the counter there.

Ordered a pizza while visiting the area. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste.The place seems to be under new management and there was heavy cleaning going on which was heartening to see. The building was under renovation and access was a bit tricky, however felt welcome by the owner and employees. Will visit this fine establishment again when visiting the area next time .

This will be the last time at this location. We’ve had difficulties before but today sealed it. We ordered over the phone at 4:51. Not a busy time for most restaurants. We got hung up on and then held for an extended wait when we called back. We ordered a half Pikes Peak and half Snowy Alps. The employee couldn’t get the order straight. He kept repeating half Pikes and half Combination. My wife corrected him until he seemed to get it. We got to the restaurant and waited for the pizza. No big deal. While waiting, the counter worker told another customer they’re pizza was made wrong and would be remade. The pizza we got was half Pikes and half Combo. They said they would remake it. At 5:55 we walked out with our pizza. 1 hour for “fast” food. We’ll try another Mountain Mike’s.

The pizza here has always been fantastic. A lot better than the other Mountain Mike’s locations I have tried over the years. There service has been great. Always friendly when answering the phone taking orders and behind the counter when picking up pizza. I always seem to forget they sell frozen yogurt here with a wide range of toppings to pick from. Sure looks good. They do keep the place clean. Thanks Mtn Mike’s! Keep up the great work and will always be there for your Tuesday night special.

Mountain Mikes in Granite Bay is the best! The Manager and Staff are so nice and always smiling. My kids and I love hanging out with our friends here. Pizza is really good. Plus after pizza kids enjoy serving there own frozen yogurt.
