I usually have a good experience. But this time was different. It was a take out order. Don’t know if that makes a difference. But our bread was burnt. Tasted burnt. Yuck. My chicken parmesan was very dry. Hardly any spaghetti sauce. My chicken was hard. Could barely cut it. The whole order tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. Just not very appetizing.

I came to fazolis one afternoon for lunch and was greeted by Aaron who showed me great customer service. It was extremely busy up front but the lady named by Karen came up front and helped Aaron take orders and run food. They had patience and made sure everyone was taken care of. The food was also great.

We love this fazoli’s, as the only one in the area! It’s still going strong though, and I believe that’s because of one employee who has been there for almost 20 years. He is always friendly and sure to put a smile on your face, not to mention dedicated to customer service. The food is pretty good for what you’re paying for and the breadsticks are awesome.

For being understaffed on a Sunday after church the manager kept her cool and her people working very nice to see. There was no tea, sweet or otherwise, at lunch time which was a shock (tea bag + water). The food was hot and tasty, but I hated having to dine in and use a plastic folk for COVID presumably.. The staff was pleasant but unapologetic about the tea situation. The bread sticks are always a hit as they were this visit.
