When you go out of your way to create the world’s tastiest sandwiches, people tend to go out of their way to get their hands on them. And it’s been like this since we opened the doors of the first TOGO’S in San Jose, California back in 1971. We made the meatiest, most delectable sandwiches around. And people formed lines out the door, anxiously awaiting their turn for taste bud nirvana. Today, people still go above and beyond to get our sandwiches. Because for many, you can never go too far for a TOGO.

Beautiful new store location in El Paseo Saratoga. This store is huge and very clean. I always loved their food and now they have an even better location than before! All I can say is Yummy!

Came here and there was only one employee making sandwiches, but she was busy. I could see another employee in back cutting meat. Not once did someone say “we’ll be right with you”. Its almost like we were being ignored to force us to use their kiosk for ordering. I hate the kiosks. We used the kiosk and ordered the new roast beef French dip sandwich. I was not impressed. Bread was very tough. Sandwich was bland and had very limited flavor. The au jus was WAY TOO HOT. Scalding hot. It should be warm, but not hot where it burns your mouth. If someone spilled it on themselves they would get some level of a burn. Can you say lawsuit? In general, Togos sandwiches are usually good. This one was not and I would never order it again.

Mean rude unhappy unfriendly lady. Put the works on my receipt then never put it on the sandwich. Out of sourdough bread gave me old stale Dutch bread instead.

Good sandwich. I really don’t like that they want a minimum tip of 15% when that should just be part of the job. tipping culture is getting old

After 10 years of not being in a TOGO’S I decided to get a sandwich. I ordered the sriracha pastrami and let me tell you it was absolutely amazing. My love for Togo’s has been reinvigorated. TOGO’S is officialy 110% better than subway. Service is great you actually get smiles. Will be coming back thanks!

They need to have their Hot pastrami way hotel. It was like Luke warm. Had to warm it more in the microwave. Plus they should ask the customer if they want their bread toasted or not because that gives it more of a crunch and holds the juices in.

I’m not a fan of the new store design whatsoever. It may feel more efficient to the store owners, but not so to the customers. It feels cold and more impersonal, too. The sandwich was OK, nothing really to get excited about.

I like Togo’s. My faves are #9 and #24. For the past 2+ years, I order on line for pickup. They are friendly and my order is almost always on time waiting for me.

I don’t go to Togo’s very often anymore because there’s some stiff sandwich competition out there (and no this does not include the always awful Subway). But Togo’s still has some of the best pastrami around, and so this chain is still relevant. I will be coming back to this location again more often because the staff here are very friendly and efficient.
