Our take on a classic English pub ale. Copper color, medium body, great session beer. Crystal malts of varying roasts give the beer a nice caramel, nutty, fig note and Carapils malt give it a nice mouthfeel. Haystack Hefeweizen
Haystack Hefeweizen is a Sunny, Bright, Juicy, American Northwest cloudy wheat beer with floral and baked bread notes and a soft, plush, creamy texture. Mailbox Peak Hazy IPA
Mailbox Peak Hazy IPA is named after is a local hike that serves as a Mt. Rainier training climb. A vibrant nose of orange, lemon, and tropical flowers. Juicy but not too tart. Rich body. Mosaic hops makes for honeydew notes and the victory malt adds hazelnut flavor. The Hazy clouds come from flaked rye. Sunny Si Citra-Hopped IPA
Sunny Si Citra Hopped IPA has a rich copper color with floral scents of orange, mango, dried apricot, and wildflower honey. Full body, with Citra hops, balanced by malt, make it round and lip-smacking. Intense freshness with drive and direction. Wildcat IPA
Wildcat IPA is a single-hopped IPA with Columbus hops. A generous amount of Munich Malt gives it balance, body, and a great overall mouth-feel. Copper color, full body but light and well balanced. Big bitter hop profile is smoothed out by the rich malt flavors. Still has a nice hoppy finish. Black Frog Stout
Brewed in the spirit of classic Irish Stouts, our Black Frog uses many of the same ingredients, including un-malted roasted barley to give it that roasty tang, chocolate malt to produce an espresso coffee character and rolled oats to produce a silky smooth mouthfeel. Bunghole Double-Brown Ale
This is a beer that is about rich malt flavors. Deep in color with roasted chocolate and reddish-brown hues. Roasted malts give the beer a nose of dark fruit, candied plum, red cherry tones. It smells like a dark marbled rye bread with cocoa powder. There is also some molasses and fresh flowers in the nose like violets lavender and strawberry blossom. On the palate, the beer has rich nutty tastes with toffee and barley richness. It is one of our favorite winter releases to warm up with on a cool day.Hops: FugglesMalts: Pale, Aromatic, Chocolate, Dark MunichABV: 7.7% | IBUS: 36
Meadowbrook Farmhouse Saison Ale
A true traditional Belgian Saison, brewed with white wheat. Meadowbrook gets its lemon notes from the Saaz hops, with a hint of classic Farmhouse ale Belgian banana from note from the yeast and fermentation. After a long day of hiking, this place was awesome! Loved the beer, food, and relaxing atmosphere. The owner even came out and said hi and took us on a tour of the brewery in the back. It was amazing to see, and he was very knowledgeable. He was also incredibly passionate about providing the best experience for his customers and serving the best quality beer in his brewery. Next time I’m in the area, I’m definitely stopping by. This will be my go-to place. ❤️

We had some tasty burgers, chicken strips, garlic fries and a pulled pork sandwich. Due to sunny and warm weather, we were able to eat outside and were also lucky enough to sit on a bench in the shade, which was nice.

Plenty of seating – outdoors and indoors (two levels) but parking can be hard to find, since this is off of the Main Street. Garlic fries are amazing but I feel they can reduce the amount of garlic added. Mailbox peak IPA was relatable since we just completed the hike before arriving here, and it was great too. Staff here is kind and attentive.
