Something deeply charming about going into a small, sunny corner diner, ordering a no nonsense polish dog from two nice ladies, and just enjoying the old school decor. I’ve been here several times now. Best location for a hot dog or hot link. Hands down. The prices are very reasonable, the taste is delicious, and the service by the people who put so much pride into their work is awesome. It’s one of several Caspers that is privately owned by a family. I definitely recommend anyone to come by this historic restaurant located in Richmond.

This was my first time at Caspers and I was greeted with warmth and great service the place with it’s mini bar stools stole the show.But what impressed me the most was that the two employees have been working here for over 20 years and I love locally responsible businesses that care about their employees.The dogs remind me of Nathan s hot dogs from New York city it was delicious.
