never polite. don’t ask them for a special request bc they’ll do the exact opposite of what you ask. asked for light savory sauce on the spicy chicken sandwich and i got none of the spicy sauce and both sides of the sandwich were CAKED with OLD savory sauce. photo is after i tried wiping it off to save it. didn’t work because i realized just how old the sauce was. this has happened to me several times, usually during the evening shift. get it together.

I stopped by on my way to work to grab lunch for the day. The service was so fast that they couldn’t have possibly made the order after it was ordered. My fries were old and COLD. I figured i would try the new chicken sandwich. The chicken looked ok until you tasted it.. It is so hard, I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. Dissatisfied is an understatement! You would think that after people work hard for their money BK would at least deliver good quality food.
