I just purchased a premium breakfast burrito combo from this location. Even left a tip. When I opened the burrito to add sauce, I’d wish I would’ve saved my bucks. This is unacceptable. The cook just threw tomato slices and chunks of onions on top of meat and eggs that look like it came from the bottom of yesterday’s pan. This is ridiculous. See pictures.

I love Sonic, but they always seem to ignore me when I say NO ONIONS on my burgers. Other than that, the service is usually quick and friendly and the rest of my food is fine. Love the Happy Hour for half priced drinks and always Happy Hour when you order with the app.

Update, 7 months later… I tried them again today hoping for a better outcome. It was worse! I had to keep repeating that I wanted a peanut butter cup blast and the girl couldn’t understand what I wanted. I said a “Reece’s peanut butter cup blast ” and the girl said nothing. Then I got vanilla ice cream with peanut butter in it. Really?? This has been on the menu for years!! I also ordered a large chocolate shake but got a medium because they were “out of large cups” but my price wasn’t adjusted. And last but not least, my daughter’s Dr pepper cup had a cut on the side and was leaking into my cup holder all the way home.

Rude when they take your order.. we ordered 2 blast with extra candy.. paid for the extra candy and got a cup filled with vanilla ice cream no candy mixed in and a few pieces of candy on top only.. got chili cheese tots with onion and they put jalapeños on instead.. got a double jalapeño burger came with burnt meat, rock hard bun, and lettuce only.

Today is 10-22-22 at 6:50pm. Came in for our normal Sonic order but typically go to a store in Lumberton but will from now on make the trip. We (2 adults 1 child) paid around $30 and had about a 15 minute wait but EVERYTHING was fresh, perfectly portioned and seasoned, and hot and ready to eat. The drinks were delicious and the strawberries were fresh. Absolutely amazing service and food highly recommend this spot!
