First time at Roca Bar and was excited to try their new location. I had heard for years they had a reputation for great pizza at their old location. Not in the mood for pizza I ordered the Angus burger and fries. The burger was obviously had been frozen (still had its shape like a preformed round frozen Patty) and didn’t have any grilled or seared marks. Just not very impressed. And the fries look and tasted like crinkle cut fries from a cafeteria. I felt like I could have gotten a more interesting burger and fry at a fast food place.

Look, most breakfast diner-type places are not killing it with original, amazingly-cooked food. You’re gonna get some 2 eggs, choice of meat, biscuit or toast stuff, and there is room in MY life for that restaurant. But that restaurant isn’t getting more than 3 stars for food because they’re not playing 4 and 5 star menu games. Fair? So three is solid. Food is as expected, fine portions, good value, we eat, we are happy. All good. If you’re expecting anything outside of that sort of breakfast experience, well, you might not want a diner. Anyways– service is polite and on-the-ball with coffee refills. The place is clean, easily accessible, and doesn’t feel like I’m in the Twilight Zone. I could do with less giant televisions on early in the morning, but whatever. This is more of a sports place later in the day. So in the morning? Yeah, there’s gonna be an 80-inch LCD hanging over your head with a farm report or some bizarre local news. Not my bag, but not a deal-killer. I dig the place, I will definitely be back. My Dad and I enjoy breakfasts together, and this is our new place, knocking another local joint nearby right out of the mix for us.

The round the world pizza is gone now just slammed with tons of tomatoes and so sloppy you can get a piece of pizza onto your plate intact and tha taste of the round the world is gone ! The Italian salad they have not ruined and is still really good. The atmosphere is more cafeteria style and reminds me of a high school lunchroom. They also charge you $4 convenience charge for using a 1% credit card ! We wont be back !

Have been twice, once for breakfast and once for dinner. Biscuits are very good and fried potatoes are outstanding. Had the Italian salad for dinner and loved it. Was impressed with the old school basket of crackers. Only one complaint and it applies to both meals, they need to serve Real Butter.

I really hate to submit a review this bad. The service is so slow I lost my appetite. The pizza I ordered was apparently made incorrectly and they had to make it over. Some 40 minutes later we had our order. This was 20 min after the other couple had received their order. The salad was brown and disgusting. Had to hunt down the waitress to get a refill and she ask about why I didn’t like the salad. I explained it was brown and she tried to explain the packaging?? I hope this will help management because I really want them to succeed in their new location.

Worst dining experience ever! We ordered several pizzas none of which were cut all the way through so you couldn’t serve a slice. The toppings all fell off when you tried to pick up the pizza. There was a “convenience fee” on all 3 of our tabs and our waitress was rude to the point she was almost confrontational. Food took an hour to get to the table. I have never experienced such rude service and overall disappointing experience. I will never go back.

I ordered a large Round the World pizza and also requested to receive a large Italian salad that was owed to us from an order months ago. When I arrived 30 minutes later as instructed, the salad was ready to go but the kitchen had not started on the pizza as they didn’t have the order. A manager heard the problem and instructed two crew members to quickly start the pizza while I waited outside in the pickup window area. I checked back a couple of times, but the last time I checked the pizza was ready and sitting on top of the oven. I was surprised that it wasn’t more quickly served since they knew I was waiting.

This place is trash and obviously don’t know how to be transparent in their pricing. Ordered by phone and the only menu I could find were completely wrong. Though I was ordinary 2 sandwiches for $11 and $7 bucks each and a $10 spaghetti meal. I show up, and they say it $48 dollars. First, one of the sandwiches was completely wrong on the order. It turns out they dont even have it anymore. So they decided to just double up on my full Stromboli, but then it turns out a full Strom is like $16 when every menu I can find says it’s $11. You walk in and don’t get greeted, and everyone just stares at you. This place is trash, I walked out and left my order. Never coming back after that first experience, and if you’re reading this, I’d suggest you not go either for an overpriced square box with a few tvs and a bar.

We had the all meat pizza with mushrooms. It was good but a little too much sauce. Our server did a great job, I can’t remember her name but she was a younger girl, tall with redish blonde hair. If you’re in the area and hungry, stop in.
