The pizza we got on the evening of 12/8/21 was the worst pizza we have ever got there. I purchased a thin crust extra pork pizza. It was cold, overcooked, hardly any sauce at all, dry. It tasted like it had been done a while. When I got there it was sitting on the grill as if it had just came through the oven so I was thinking that all was good. We got home ( about a mile) from the restaurant and opened a terribly disappointing pizza. Or ally this location is good but not last night.

Our delivery was over 30 minutes late and the food was cold when we received it. I would recommend getting a delivery driver who is more punctual. I would love to give “Strongly Agree” because I am a pizza hut fan and have generally never had any issues.

I ordered online early for 6 pm pickup. My pizza was out of the oven when I arrived, still in the pan waiting to be cut. I ordered extra sauce but could find very little sauce on my pizza. Next time I will add cheese to my order. The pizza was very bland. The breadsticks were delicious.

Chelsea is the best employee they never deserve to have. She makes it good they ruin it. Can’t look u in the eye. Can’t smile or interact upon their own volition. Don’t care if pan’s are clean. Don’t care if u care because they are getting paid regardless. Don’t care at all. Please tip bc they only make $5 when delivering to u. The pizza is yum. But what the heck were u thinking getting rid of the BBQ meat. Cello that was everyone’s fave. The taste maker is a great deal but a secret. Should be just the price of alarge3toppinganycrust pizza.

Terrible customer service. We order from them quite often through the app. We almost always order the same deal. Tonight we ordered our same deal but when we got our delivery it wasn’t at all what we ordered. I called, confused as to how it happened, app glitch ♀️ The manager was rude and basically acted as if I was lying. I know they can look up and see your order history. He was unwilling to offer any kind of resolution other than order and pay more. I’m done with Pizza Hut!
