We did have to wait about 10 mins before being asked for our drinks and starters. After being served our starters, the service did pick up when we got served our entrees. The waiter was nice enough to continue checking on us for refills and starter refills. The food was pretty good, although the cheese in the Quesadilla could’ve been melted more. Other than that, everything was fine.

Me and my family couldn’t cook 4th of July traditional meals today because we recently contracted the flu….so we figured we would order from Chili’s. Honesty the cooks today at Chillis are amazing!!The ribs were absolutely amazing they tasted so delicious from the way that they were seasoned and the way that they grilled was to perfection. The loaded mashed potatoes was good, the kids menu was satisfying to the children. Satisfied customer today.

I never had this bad of experience with my food at Chili’s. I ordered takeout the Philly Cheesesteak. I got home and when I began to eat I found there to be ONLY 3 tiny pieces of steak the size of cheerios in the sandwich. The sandwich instead was loaded with tons of jalapenos, bell peepers and onions. It was funny but it made me angry. I don’t know what type of cook/chef doesn’t look what exactly he or she is cooking and filling the sandwich. $15 for the sandwich and I got a veggie meal. I thought I was paying for a Philly cheesesteak not veggie melt. I’m very disappointed. Big let down. I do want to point out the gentlemen at the counter was nice when I picked up but the chef/cook gets 0 from me. Waste of money. I drove in this heat for nothing.

Food was delicious, waiter was friendly. Giving 4 stars because the host was incredibly rude. Looked like he was about to fall asleep, didn’t even greet me or say hello, just stared at me with his eyes half open. Then was very rude and off put when I asked for a table. Overall, waiter was super friendly and food was delicious.

Found a hair in my food, I work at a restaurant so thought okay that’s fine I guess, so I returned it. Got a new one, once I was about to pay on the presto, it charged me for two sandwiches. When I tried to ask the server Alyssa to remove one of them, she kept avoiding us. She didn’t even look our way, after 15 mins of waiting I finally asked for the manager. He removed it and discounted our appetizer, but was completely rude. Again I work at a restaurant and understand mistakes happen but this was just a horrible experience. Not even the manager had customer service. Just drive to the Stevenson Ranch location instead.

Chili’s has pretty good consistent food. Our favs are the Cajun pasta, shrimp tacos, the margarita chicken and the burgers. If you enjoy bottomless chips & salsa, join the rewards program and get them for free. A little extra $ for guacamole, worth it. The side salads have become rather small and the Buffalo chicken salad is off the menu, for that, I remain a little dissatisfiedl.

Food and service is a hit or miss here. There are some servers who are attentive and others who can just forget you are there. Most of the time, they bring you your food. Wait until you have a mouthful to ask if you need anything (so you are less likely to ask) and then they are just gone the rest of the time because you pay your bill at the table with the computer thing. But I do recommend the fried mozzarella appetizer, and the Ancho salmon was pretty good as well.
