Our favorite sushi restaurant in PA and beyond. We used to go all the time when we lived in Harrisburg and now we make a point to stop every time we pass through. The spicy fish bowl is so fresh and good- it can be made non spicy and with your favorite fish (mine is salmon- best I’ve had). The spicy mayo sauce Tommy makes is delicious- so much better than other sushi restaurants. The green mussels and cucumber salad are also favorites. My husband usually orders the 3 & 4 amigos and loves them. My kids love the California rolls. With all that said, I wish the restaurant wasn’t so run down but don’t let that deter you because the sushi is so worth it.

It looks unassuming and almost too casual but has some of the best food ever and the owner, Tommy, is so nice and friendly. Even when there are only a few people there it never feels lonely. Something about it is always warm and comforting. It is the Victory Pig Pizza of sushi places, for anyone familiar with northeast PA.

This is my favorite place in Central PA for sushi and authentic Japanese cuisine. I’ve been going there for years and everything is always perfect. I wish they were open on Mondays! The Spicy Fish bowl is one of my favorites. The rolls are beautifully made, vividly colored and extremely fresh. The restaurant may not be much to look at from the outside, but it is the food that counts.

This is a hidden gem. I’m torn because I don’t want it to become some busy trendy loud place – I love that I found this place you almost miss even when you’re trying to find it. Yet I owe it to the awesome ppl that run it to accolade this restaurant. I even love that its a little run down (but not so much that its terrible). For me it adds to the charm. Some of the best sushi ever. The only thing I’d critique is that their menu is limited to sushi and only sushi. Don’t come if you want something else because that is literally all they serve. But it’s fantastic.

It’s been too long since I was last here, though I had also wondered for a time if they were still operating. Dinner tonight put any uncertainty aside about the food. Tommy’s making all the rolls. And everything we ate was delightfully familiar. We had mussels, two TNT rolls, a four-amigos, smoked eel, cali roll, and Sunrise. I may have forgotten something, but we had a great sampling. Fresh was no question. We saw a piece of tuna that was gorgeous. Nothing remained. Plenty of wasabi and ginger. Looking forward to next visit.

Best Sushi in Harrisburg. Haven’t been here in years and it’s still the best … very authentic experience with fresh sushi. Sit at the sushi bar and order spicy tuna roll and TNT roll. Amazing

Definitely the best sushi in Harrisburg and best I’ve had in general, to date. A perfect example of don’t judge a book by its cover. The place doesn’t look like much but the food does not disappoint!
