Coffees are hit or miss. Overly sweet with syrup or not sweet enough and in rare cases its just right. Ordered egg sandwiches from here a few times only to have my muffin not toasted. I ordered take out ahead of time only to arrive 20 minutes later for pickup and find my food wasn’t made. I had to wait extra 10 minutes for them to make it in a non busy environment. Whats the point of ordering ahead of time if i have to wait. Polite workers but they are clueless.

I’ve been to this location twice and twice let down. To start off both times I went I ordered the same breakfast sandwich. The first visit I bit into a cold sandwich and the second visit the same thing only it was accompanied by a stale croissant that the birds in the parking lot wouldn’t even snack on. On top of the most recent visit I ordered a nitro brew and was given a cold brew. When I questioned the lady working behind the counter she told me that they were the same things. Knowing that they are not the same things I then questioned her as to why one would be called a nitro brew and the other a cold brew? She responded again with they are the same but because I ordered a large size it was poured as a cold brew because nitro brew can only be a small or medium. Regardless of the size you’re allowed to order a nitro brew please inform your employees the differences between the two selections and start taking your time to make an easy reheat sandwich, it needs to be heated more than 5 seconds before being pulled. I will not be going back to this location, no love, not fresh, not informed.
