Ordered a medium pizza and the big new Yorker which we love and wanted extra pepperoni on it. The medium pizza was fine but the big new Yorker didn’t have extra pepperoni I did call and the lady I spoke to was so sweet and she offered to refund me or remake the pizza I did have them remake it when the delivery driver came he wanted to know what was wrong with it so they can make sure it doesn’t happen again he was super nice I showed him the pizza he agreed with the having no extra pepperoni. With that being said I love pizza hut and will still continue to order from them they were so nice and made up for the small mistake.

I got really excited when I spotted what appeared to be the last actual Pizza Hut on the planet. I told my 11-year-old son that’s where we’re eating tonight! When dinner time came we arrived at the restaurant and I walked in like it was 1994 and we were gonna have breadsticks, personal pan pizzas, and drink mountain dew all night possibly with a trip to the salad bar! Quite a different experience greeted us inside. The woman behind the counter looked at us very confused and asked if we were picking up an order. I said, “no, we wanted to have dinner.” Again I got a strange fairly annoyed look and she said, “there’s a menu on the old salad bar,” haphazardly motioning toward it, “let me know what you want.” That’s when I realized even though this was a true hut, the last one I have seen still in use in years, it wasn’t a restaurant anymore, just a carryout and delivery location. And thus my heart was broken. We left and ate somewhere else that night. Deep down I knew it was too good to be true when we first passed it driving to Hershey Park, but the optimistic part of me thought maybe, just maybe I could give my 11-year-old a true Pizza Hut experience. In the back of my mind, I fantasized maybe we could hit up a blockbuster after dinner.

We spent a lot of Friday nights as kids at pizza hut enjoying tasty pizza. Even though things have changed over the years, locations have come and gone. We still enjoy the food and I can’t say that I have ever had a bad experience!

Recently ordered and a pizza had toppings we didn’t order (family members who don’t eat meat). We called and the manager gave us an entire refund! Which is amazing, and now we were able to get another meal while low on money. Thank you guys!

Horrible what pizza hut has come to… No service… No waiters… No ice… Paper plates and warm water… The employees were nice but everything else wasn’t great… The pizza was underwhelming

Didn’t care for the dine in. You order at the checkout, then they deliver pizza to the table like a take-out….only bottled soda and no ice. Pizza was good though.

I love ordering from this Pizza Hut!!! Every time I do, I get my craving satiated. That deep dish is INCREDIBLE! And Kristy? She is wonderful and so helpful, always helps me get what I need… my only complaint is that I can’t go inside and sit down to eat! Otherwise, I lovelovelove this place! Five stars!

I placed an order for delivery at 8:40 PM and it said that it would be delivered by 9:10 PM. A little over an hour later I called Pizza Hut and they told me that my order was in transition. So then I decided to wait about 10 more minutes and then I went upstairs and checked outside and my order was sitting there. I brought it inside, opened it up and it was ice cold. So then I had to try and make myself enjoy microwaved Pizza Hut they could’ve at least given me a little more information when I called into the store so I got no text or email or notification that my delivery arrived.
